Christine Colvin

Christine Colvin serves as the National Community Engagement Coordinator for Best Friends Animal Society since September 2021, focusing on fostering kindness and transparency in all interactions. Previously, Christine held the position of Volunteer Programs Coordinator at the Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control from March 2017 to September 2021, overseeing volunteer management and special event facilitation. Prior experience includes the role of STEM Program Manager and Mission Delivery Specialist at the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, responsible for the development and implementation of girl program opportunities from August 2013 to February 2017. Additionally, Christine worked as a Fundraiser Careperson at Signature Fundraising and as a Feature Film Casting Associate at Colbert * Mento Casting. Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from California State University, Long Beach, and a Certificate in Communication from Glendale Community College.
