Erin Demers

Erin Demers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, alumni engagement, and communications. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Recruitment & Alumni Engagement at the College for Social Innovation, Erin builds strong partnerships with colleges to recruit students for the Semester in The City program and manages alumni relations. Former roles include Communications Team Coordinator at Flagship Pioneering, where Erin coordinated various high-level events and refined media asset organization, and Annual Giving Associate at Brown University, where Erin fostered alumni relationships to enhance philanthropic support. Additional experience includes positions at Salve Regina University, The Hotel Viking, and Hyatt Regency Newport, demonstrating a solid foundation in customer service, marketing, and team leadership. Erin holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Salve Regina University.
