Rachel Artigas

Rachel Artigas is a seasoned professional with a strong background in fundraising and donor relations within the animal welfare sector. Currently serving as a Strategist for Foundation Partnerships at Best Friends Animal Society since July 2023, Rachel previously held the position of Development Manager for Foundations and Grant Writer at the Humane Society of North Texas from September 2019 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes roles as a Donor Relations Coordinator and a 2nd Grade Teacher at Crowley Independent School District. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Texas Christian University, earned in May 2012.
