Raya Greenbaum

Raya Greenbaum is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in the animal welfare sector and marketing. Currently serving as a Collaboratory Specialist and previously as a Senior Communications Specialist at Best Friends Animal Society since March 2017, Raya focuses on developing communication strategies, managing digital content, and fostering network partner engagement. Prior roles include Marketing and Communications Manager at the Museum of Photographic Arts, Project Manager at Experiences For Mankind and WDM Group, as well as various positions in media production and writing. Additional experience includes volunteering as a Shelter Pet Photographer, where Raya enhances the visibility of adoptable animals. Raya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Broadcasting from Oklahoma State University, where notable academic achievements include participation in competitive advertising and serving as a teaching assistant.
