Best Talent Solutions was established in 2007. The mission is to provide a range of resourcing and HR support services that feel different to the norm for clients, delegates and candidates.

Mike’s career started with 6 years in the UK and Australia within Sales, Marketing and Finance. Subsequently he has over 25 years consultancy experience, covering talent acquisition, assessment, development, outplacement and coaching.

The motto of the business is “The Extra Mile”. This is our approach and level of service to our clients, delegates and candidates. Honesty and integrity are at the heart of everything we do.
