Kavishwar Kalambe

Kavishwar Kalambe has a diverse work experience in various chemical and manufacturing industries. Kavishwar started their career as a Production Officer at Ion Exchange India Ltd in 2001. Kavishwar then worked as a Chemical Engineer at Heubach India for a year before joining GHARDA CHEMICALS LIMITED as a Production Executive in 2002. Kalambe then moved to Bayer Crop Science in 2004 as a Production Shift Manager and later joined BASF as a Plant Manager in 2006. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Head of Chemical Unit at Thermax Limited. In 2019, Kalambe became the Manufacturing Head of Polystyrene at INEOS Styrolution. Kavishwar then worked as the Sr. General Manager of Operations at Aarti Industries Ltd. from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they serve as the Site Director at Huntsman Corporation since August 2021. Starting from December 2023, Kalambe will take on a new role as the Chief Operating Officer at Best Value Chem Pvt Ltd.

Kavishwar Kalambe completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical from North Maharashtra University between 1996 and 2000.
