Jeffrey Jones, PMP, SMC, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager in Telecommunications and Windows at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities include leading a Technology Management Team to enhance guest experiences and drive hotel success by managing end-to-end information systems projects.
