Umar Khan

Umar Khan has experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in front office roles. From October 2017 to January 2018, Umar completed an internship at Radisson Blu, followed by an internship at SOTC Travel Ltd. From December 2019 to June 2020, Umar worked as a Front Office Guest services Associate at The Fern Hotels & Resorts. Currently, Umar is a Front Office Sr Gsa at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, where duties include working with opera pms, handling check-ins and check-outs, reservations, night audit program, concierge services, and upselling. Umar obtained a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Madurai Kamaraj University from June 2016 to August 2019.
