Paula Pena

Paula Pena has worked in the fashion and retail industry since 2011. Paula began their career as a Luxury Fashion Sales Associate at Anik Boutique Inc. in 2011. In 2014, they moved to Alba Boutique as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for determining which products should be featured in advertising campaigns, the medium, and timing for releasing. In 2015, they worked as a Public Relations Intern at Zac Posen House of Z LLC, where they monitored regional and international press in magazines and online. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at SUANFARMA as a Marketing and Customer Service Coordinator and a Sales Assistant. In 2019, they moved to Doctor Aromas as an Ecommerce Manager and an Assistant Marketing Director. Finally, in 2022, they began their current role as a Project Manager at Best Worlds.

Paula Pena obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (B.B.A.) in Fashion Merchandising and Management from Berkeley College between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Business Administration and Fashion Marketing from Passaic County Community College between 2012 and 2014. Paula also holds a Klaviyo product certificate which they obtained in August 2022.
