Aliya Brothers has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Crew Member at Culver's Restaurants in 2016. They then moved on to work as a Team Lead at a Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where they were promoted to the position of Team Lead in the summer of 2018. During their time there, they managed the 2019 Summer Drive-Thru Program and spearheaded a training method for the Face-2-Face program. They also developed their leadership skills during this role.

In 2020, Aliya became a Communication Department Teacher's Assistant at Northwest Nazarene University. They performed various office tasks and handled sensitive student information professionally. They also created exams and assignments, graded according to rubrics, and made rubrics.

During the same period, Aliya also served as the President of the Speech and Debate Team at NNU Forensics. Under their leadership, the team achieved notable success, placing 23rd out of 79 teams in Pi Kappa Delta Nationals and receiving numerous individual and team awards or placements.

Most recently, in 2021, Aliya joined BestNotes as an Implementation Specialist. They have also taken on the role of Content Analyst at the same company, starting in 2023.

Aliya Brothers obtained a high school diploma from Idaho Distance Education Academy in 2019. Following this, they pursued their Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities at the College of Southern Idaho from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Aliya is attending Northwest Nazarene University, where they are completing their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies, a program they commenced in 2019 and is expected to conclude in 2021.
