Jennifer Santamarina is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager for Mid Market at Bestpass since February 2022, Jennifer has previously held roles including Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Specialist at NXT Level, a company focused on business coaching for entrepreneurs.
