Kyan Knowles

Kyan Knowles is an experienced Product Owner currently at BestRx Pharmacy Management Software since February 2023, prior to which Kyan held the same title at Computer-Rx Pharmacy Management System from May 2003 to January 2023. In this role, Kyan acted as the liaison between product, IT, and support teams to prioritize product features and manage the product roadmap, successfully delivering nine major releases in 2022 with a total of 98 user stories and 114 bug fixes. Kyan has also contributed to various roles in customer support and product management, including managing support teams, performing QA testing, and providing training for software installations. With a foundational background as an Electrical Apprentice at Lathrop Electric, Kyan holds an education from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.
