Shaun Parkin

Shaun Parkin is the current Vice President of Customer Service at BestSecret. Shaun has over 20 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Shaun was previously the Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, and before that, the EMEA Regional Customer Care Manager at Toshiba. Shaun also spent time at General Electric IT Solutions as the EMEA Operations and Support Manager. Throughout their career, Shaun has been responsible for managing customer care policies, support websites, training departments, and budgeting for international partners. Shaun is an expert in their field and has a proven track record of delivering results.

Shaun Parkin attended AA College Harrogate, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
