Valentina Rolando

Valentina Rolando has over a decade of experience in retail management and operations, currently serving as Assistant Store Manager Operations at BESTSELLER since September 2010. Valentina has actively participated in numerous workshops focused on service and product training, as well as safety courses. Recently, Valentina was involved in a pilot project specializing in denim sales, gaining insights into the production supply chain. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager, performing regular analyses of sales performance and productivity, and training staff based on the company's service concepts. Previous experience includes a role as a Sales Assistant at TALLY WEiJL, where foundational retail skills were developed. Valentina holds a degree from the University of Genoa and has a diploma in surveying from Istituto tecnico per Geometri F. Patetta.
