Erica Knox

Erica Knox is a professional with extensive experience in social impact campaigns and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Manager of Social Impact and Corporate Communications at BET since June 2021, Erica leads initiatives centered on civic engagement, economic justice, education, health, and inclusion, developing advocacy strategies that are data-driven and community-focused. Prior roles include Corporate Communications and Social Impact Coordinator at Philip Morris International, and Regional Site Coordinator for Reading Partners. Erica also gained experience as a Communications Department Intern at Spitfire. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communication from Morgan State University.
