Tzung-lin Fu has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various legal roles. Tzung-lin is currently serving as the Vice President of Legal Programs at Bet Tzedek Legal Services since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Litigation and Policy Advocacy at Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County from March 2018 to July 2020. Tzung-lin Fu also has experience working at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as an Attorney, specializing in FCPA, China anti-corruption laws and regulations, and Greater China data privacy issues from August 2010 to March 2018. Tzung-lin Fu has an extensive education history. Tzung-lin first pursued their undergraduate studies at National Taiwan University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures.

Subsequently, from 2000 to 2001, Tzung-lin Fu attended the University of Toronto, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in English.

Continuing their academic journey, Tzung-lin Fu enrolled in the New York University School of Law from 2003 to 2006. During their time there, they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on Law.

Additionally, Tzung-lin Fu furthered their professional qualifications by obtaining several certifications. In 2016, they became a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) through The International Association of Privacy Professionals. Furthermore, in 2021, they completed the OneJustice Executive Fellowship at OneJustice and obtained a Certificate in Nonprofit Management.
