Charlotte Grocott has over two decades of experience in IT and service operations management, with a focus on problem management and infrastructure. Currently serving as Service Operations Manager (Problem Management) in the DevOps team at bet365 since January 2014, Charlotte has held multiple roles including Problem Management Manager and Infrastructure Project Manager.
