Charlie Hood has a diverse work experience that includes being the President of Beta Alpha Psi at Indiana University-Bloomington, a Kelley Student Government Representative for the same organization, and a Finance Intern at Optiver. They also worked as an Insurance Agent Intern at State Farm and was a Mentor at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.

Charlie Hood attended Geneva Community High School from 2018 to 2022. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2022 to 2026.
