Richard Stinson

Richard Stinson, PWLF has a vast and extensive background in public works services, municipal government consulting, and board responsibilities. With experience spanning over several decades, Richard has held various leadership roles in different organizations, including serving as a Director of Public Works with the Town of Wakefield and Director of Operations with the Town of Danvers. Currently, Richard is involved in providing consulting services to municipal government agencies through RFSolutions LLC, while also serving as a Client Services Manager with BETA Group, Inc., and a Member Board of Trustees - Incoming Chair with the APWA Foundation. Richard's expertise lies in areas such as public works operations, municipal finance, project management, and asset management.
