Le Bich Ngoc

Le Bich Ngoc currently serves as the Talent & Organization Development Director at Beta Group since May 2025. Previously, Le Bich Ngoc held the position of Group Human Resources Director at ROVI HOLDINGS from February 2023 to December 2024 and at Thang Loi Group from January 2022 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at ANCO FAMILY FOOD between April 2021 and December 2021 and as Human Resources Business Manager at Nova Consumer during the same period. Le Bich Ngoc holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, completed in January 2004, and two SHRM - SCP certifications in Human Resources Management and Services from Pace Academy.
