Todd Venneri

Todd Venneri began their professional career in 1990 at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they served as a Team Manager. Todd managed three teams of workers compensation adjusters, handled Fortune 500 companies, and assisted in running office operations. Todd also settled high exposure cases, forecasted budgets, and controlled expenses on several multi-million budgets. In 2000, Venneri joined Intel Corporation as a Geographical Business Analyst, managing the network product line for the Americas territory and handling forecast and supply chain management. In 2001, they transitioned to Smile Business Products as a Business Operations Manager until 2008. There, they managed business operations and contributed to the company's success. In 2008, Venneri joined Liberty Mutual as a Sr. Case Manager before moving to BETA Healthcare Group in 2010 as the Director of Workers Compensation Services. In their current role, they manage the day-to-day operations of the California Workers Compensation department and acts as a bridge between IT and the claims department. The BETA Healthcare Group serves health care districts and not-for-profit health care organizations, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, medical clinics, ambulance operations, and community-based health and wellness districts.

Todd Venneri attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1985 to 1990. Todd did not obtain a specific degree or field of study during this period. Todd has also obtained additional certifications, including being Dare to Lead Trained in March 2022 by Dare to Lead Trained institution and completing The Six Morning Habits of High Performers certification from LinkedIn in April 2021.
