Althea Denyse Spence, CAP-OM has a wealth of experience in the administrative field. Althea Denyse began their career in 1989 as a Church Administrator and Children's Church Director for Christian Fellowship Assembly. In 2001, they became an Associate Specialist for the American College of Cardiology. In 2006, they were hired as a Senior Executive Assistant for the National 4-H Council. In 2013, they became the Owner of A.D.S. Prime Consulting and also held a volunteer position as Chapter President for the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). In 2015, they took on a Contractor role with Greenkey Resources, The SPARKS Group, and in 2017 they were hired as an Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of BETAH Associates, Inc. and also as a Project Coordinator for the U.S. Department of Justice Programs, National Institute of Justice, Peer Review Support Services.

Althea Denyse Spence completed their General Studies at Montgomery College and attended Montgomery Blair High School. In 2010, they obtained a Certified Administrative Professional-Organizational Management (CAP-OM) from the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
