Christine Hubbard, PMP has more than 10 years of experience in government contracting. From 2007 to present, they have been the Project Manager for an Administration for Community Living (HHS) communications support contract at BETAH Associates, Inc., managing all aspects of work from materials and strategy development to training and Section 508 compliance. In addition to their contract work, Christine is a member of BETAH's business development and digital marketing teams. Prior to BETAH, Christine was a Project Operations Specialist at Constella Group from 2004 to 2007, providing overall project support for a variety of federal and commercial clients, including NIDDK, NIOSH, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Her specific duties included financial tracking and reporting of direct and indirect costs, review of client and vendor invoices, and processing consultant agreements and payments.

Christine Hubbard, PMP obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from Hood College between 2000 and 2004. In October 2018, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
