Alex Holmes

Alex Holmes is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in investment management and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Adviser Business at Betashares since September 2019, Alex focuses on providing intelligent investment solutions within the ETF market on the Australian Securities Exchange. Prior roles include Associate Director at Raymond James, where business growth in the UK was facilitated, and Business Development Manager at State Street Global Advisors, overseeing fund distribution across various Australian states. Alex has also contributed as a Senior Portfolio Analyst with investment teams in both APAC and London, in addition to managing execution trading at Belay Partners LLP and leading the sales team at Meltwater's social media division. Academic qualifications include a degree in Business and Finance from Nottingham Trent University and certifications from Kaplan Professional and the CFA Institute.
