Head of Customer Support at BetaShares ETFs

Esther is responsible for supporting Betashares’ customers. Previously, Esther worked at Intercom and Thomson Reuters managing Customer Support teams and deploying tailored training as a certified Trainer for the CEB Gartner Effortless Experience Program. Esther holds a Bachelor of International Studies majoring in International Business Management and a Master of Law, Media and Journalism from the University of NSW.
