Steve DAKAYI-KAMGA

Steve Dakayi-Kamga has a diverse work experience across various industries. Steve co-founded SimpleMarket Inc. (BetaStore.co) in 2020 and served as the Co-Founder. Steve also worked at Founder Institute as an Entrepreneur In Residence from January 2020. Prior to that, they were the Head of Commercial at Jumia Nigeria from March 2019 to November 2019, where they managed a commercial team and ensured alignment between commercial, marketing, and logistics departments. Steve also served as the Head of Commercial Planning Nigeria at Jumia Group from November 2017 to November 2019, and as the Head of Operations, Warehousing & Marketplace Fulfillment at Jumia Services from March 2015 to October 2017. Additionally, they worked at AREVA from 2008 to 2013 in various roles, including Project Leader, Vice Lead Test Engineer, and Test Engineer. Steve pursued an MBA at INSEAD and completed it in December 2014.

Steve Dakayi-Kamga obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategy, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from INSEAD in 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in mechanical and electrical engineering at Ecole catholique d'Arts et Métiers de Lyon, completing their studies from 2002 to 2007.
