Rachel Szames-Licker

Rachel Szames-Licker has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 at American Eagle Outfitters as a Men's Woven Bottoms Production employee. In 2007, they joined Macy's Merchandising Group as a Product Assistant and later moved up to become an Associate Product Manager and then a Product Manager for various product lines. In 2017, they joined Betches Media as the Director of Ecommerce, and in 2019 they were promoted to Vice President of Operations & Business Development. Currently, Rachel holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Betches Media, starting in January 2022.

From 2003 to 2007, Rachel Szames-Licker attended The Ohio State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology. Rachel'smajor was in Textiles and Clothing, with a specific option in fashion merchandising.
