Rynn Day, MBA

Rynn Day, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. They most recently served as the General Manager of Impact Title at Betenbough Companies, where they focused on strategic change management and team structure overhaul. Rynn also held the position of Employee Support Senior Leader at the same company, where they led a merger of cultural engagement and HR teams and developed a new team for leadership development. Prior to that, Rynn held the role of Cultural Engagement Manager, overseeing internal communications and event planning. They also worked as a Vision Trip Coordinator, organizing logistics and maintaining relationships with nonprofit partners.

In addition to their experience at Betenbough Companies, Rynn worked as an Adjunct Professor at Lubbock Christian University. They also served as the Marketing & Events Director at Medical Missions Foundation, managing operations and executing fundraising events. Rynn's previous roles include Marketing & Communications Director at United Way of Wyandotte County, Membership & Special Events Director at the Greater Enid Chamber of Commerce, and Community Education & Prevention Specialist at YWCA Enid. They also gained experience as an Assistant Manager of Sales/Event Planning at Texas Tech University and as a Sales Advisor in London, United Kingdom for Warehouse. Earlier in their career, Rynn worked in public relations and human resources roles at Lubbock Christian University and completed an internship in human resources at Pepperdine University.

Rynn Day, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas Tech University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication from Lubbock Christian University from 2004 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Rynn obtained a Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel 2016 certification from Microsoft in September 2020 and became an Unstoppable Cultures Certified Fellow from Unstoppable Cultures in November 2019.
