Alexsandra Lantigua has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Alexsandra co-founded Quantum Culture in 2016 and holds the position of Co-Founder. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of StarSeeds since 2008. In this role, they coached individuals, teams, groups, and organizations on various topics, led trainings and workshops, and transformed organizational cultures. Alexsandra has also worked as a Certification Trainer, Examiner & Supervisor at Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and as a Certification Trainer, Cohort Leader, and Head of Supervision at CRR Global. At EHAMA INSTITUTE, they worked as a Trainer for the Evocative Leadership Mastery program. Additionally, they have experience as a Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where they facilitated a company culture change initiative. Lastly, Alexsandra served as Faculty & Executive Coach at St. Catherine University, where they led retreats, seminars, and provided one-on-one coaching to executives in the New Millennium program.

Alexsandra Lantigua holds a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, and History from Rhode Island College, which was completed in 1990. Alexsandra also possesses a Master's degree in Curriculum & Design from the University of Saint Thomas. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in coaching from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the Ehama Institute, and the CRR Global ORSC Coaching Certification Program.
