Anique Rossen

Anique Rossen is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Beter Bed since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as HR Manager at Vos Logistics, where Anique led HR responsibilities for the Logistics Solutions division, managing approximately 1500 FTEs. Anique has held various HR positions at Vos Logistics, including Corporate HR Advisor focused on policy development and international HR projects, as well as HR Consultant and HR Employee, with a specialization in developing a comprehensive international sick leave policy.
