Lauren Wilder

Lauren Wilder, MA, currently serves as the Director of Volunteer Services at Vitalant, overseeing the national volunteer program and focusing on recruitment, training, and engagement of a diverse volunteer base. From July 2009 to February 2022, Lauren held various roles at BakerRipley, including Manager of Volunteer Engagement, where collaboration with agency departments facilitated community involvement opportunities, and Volunteer and Training Manager, where responsibilities included managing the tax center volunteer program. Lauren's experience also includes managing event volunteers for the MD Anderson Boot Walk to End Cancer and serving as a Legislative Assistant for the Louisiana House of Representatives. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Human Dimensions of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Loyola University New Orleans.
