Ann-Ellen Hornidge

Ann-Ellen Hornidge, JD, is the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Beth Israel Lahey Health.

Ms. Hornidge is a legal expert specializing in corporate and tax-exempt debt, project financings and distressed debt. Recently retired as a partner at the law firm of Mintz Levin, where she practiced law for nearly four decades, Ms. Hornidge currently serves of counsel to the firm. She was a member of the firm’s governing Policy Committee as well as its Compensation Committee, and served as the Hiring Partner. Ms. Hornidge has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer and a New England Super Lawyer multiple times.

Ms. Hornidge previously served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Lahey Health System and is the immediate past Chair and a current member of the Board of Directors of MassINC, a nonprofit public policy think tank. In addition, Ms. Hornidge is the co-founder of the Boston Lawyer’s Group, a 30-year-old organization dedicated to advancing diversity in Boston’s legal community.

Ms. Hornidge received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College and her Juris Doctor (JD) from Boston College Law School.
