Ken Roy

Ken Roy has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Interim Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center under Beth Israel Lahey Health. Previously, Ken held the role of Talent Acquisition Optimization Consultant at KGLR Services, Inc., and served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Odyssey Systems and Talent Equity Group. Prior to these positions, Ken was the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Operations at Lifespan. Ken holds an MBA in Business Administration from Penn State University and a BS in Business Management from Bentley University.
