Lisa Foster

Lisa Foster is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in employee and occupational health services. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations, Employee Health at Beth Israel Lahey Health since May 2021, Lisa also holds the position of Director of Employee Health Services at Lahey Health since April 2016. Prior roles include Clinical Director of Employee/Occupational Health Services at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from September 2010 to April 2016 and Director of Occupational Health Services at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute from September 2001 to September 2010. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Occupational and Environmental Health Nursing from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Master of Science in Primary Care Nursing from Northeastern University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston University School of Nursing.
