Maciej Mrugala has extensive experience in human resources, holding leadership positions at various organizations. Maciej also held multiple senior roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, including Sr. Director of HR - Executive Compensation and HR Shared Services, as well as Director of HR Operations. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Manager for HR Operations and Corporate Continuous Improvement at Sara Lee.
