Jane Pollack

Jane Pollack has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jane started their career as a Staff Consultant at Talent Software Services in 2003, where they worked as a Software Engineer maintaining Legacy C Applications. Jane then moved on to Agriliance, where they served as a Staff Consultant and Data Architect for Financial and Inventory Management. Jane developed solutions for report efficiency and managed PL/SQL procedures. In 2007, they joined Seagate Technology as a Staff Consultant and Data Architect for Inventory, Pricing, and Order Fulfillment. Jane also created and edited Subject Matter Expert documentation. Jane worked as a Staff Consultant at OptumHealth in 2008, serving as a Staff Consultant and Talent Software Services. Jane joined Talent Software Services in 2000 and worked as a Senior Consultant for nine years, until 2009. In 2009, they worked as a Consultant as Business Analyst and Data Analyst at Fulcrum Consulting/Ingenix, where they analyzed and documented Sales Business Processes. Jane also worked at United Healthcare/Fulcrum Consulting in 2010 as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst, where they researched and developed Business Requirements for Analytical Warehouse and Clinical Metrics. Jane joined National Marrow Donor Program/Talent Software Systems as a Data Architect in 2010 and then moved on to Be The Match, where they held various roles including Solutions Manager, Data Architect, and currently working as a Principal Research Informaticist as of April 2021. Additionally, Jane has been associated with ToastMasters District 6 as a Toastmaster since 2005.

Jane Pollack earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1985 to 1988. Jane then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from the University of Minnesota from 2013 to 2020. Additionally, they completed a Java Programming course at Dakota County Technical College in 2004 and a Oracle7 Database Administration course at Phoenix Education Center in 1996.
