Krista Dusil

CFO at Be The Match

Krista Dusil joined the National Marrow Donor Program® (NMDP)/Be The Match® in 2021 as chief financial officer. Krista brings a broad range of experience in financial management, strategy and leadership. In her role, Krista is responsible for the stewardship of the organization—the how, why and when they spend money—which is critical to the mission. She also plays a pivotal role advising on the strategic plan and developing pricing for products and services.

Prior to joining NMDP/Be The Match, Krista spent nearly 20 years at UnitedHealth Group, where she had several key leadership roles in finance, product, international and operations. Most recently she served as chief financial officer for Sanvello Health, a digital behavioral health solution. Prior to that, she served as principal and chief financial officer for UnitedHealth Group Ventures, founding health care start-up businesses committed to driving disruptive, systemic change in areas such as diabetes, orthopedics and kidney disease. She began her career in audit at Arthur Andersen LLP. Krista brings with her a deep understanding of accounting and financial principles, scalable business solutions and collaborative leadership. Krista holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
