Clara Shell-Little

Clara Shell-Little is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and ministry roles. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Created In Their Image since March 2015, Clara leads an Encouragement Ministry accessible to all individuals. Active in Bethlehem Baptist Church since January 2011, Clara undertakes various responsibilities, including Worship Leader and Ministry Chaplain. Clara's administrative expertise is demonstrated through a long tenure at Spartanburg Community College, where a significant role involved coordinating support for faculty in the Business and Computer Technologies Divisions. Previous experiences include critical roles in multiple organizations, such as Ministry positions at Piney Grove MBC and administrative roles in medical coordination and import/export logistics. Clara holds a Master of Arts in Theological studies from Liberty University, an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Greenville Technical College, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix.
