Melanie Hayes

Melanie Hayes is the Managing Partner and Investment Director at Bethnal Green Ventures. Prior to their current role, Ms. Hayes served as an Investment Manager at Octopus Investments, where they were responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring and managing low-risk investments in the media and entertainment sector for retail asset management firm. Ms. Hayes also served as a Non Executive Director at Audioboo from July 2010 to February 2011. In 2009, Ms. Hayes became a Board Observer for School of Everything. Melanie Hayes has been with Bethnal Green Ventures since 2011, serving first as a Non-Executive Director before being promoted to their current role in 2013.

Melanie Hayes is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) who graduated with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management from The University of Sheffield.
