James Williams

James Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education leadership and enrollment management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Strategy, Innovation and Effectiveness at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, James provides critical data analysis and develops enrollment forecasts. Previous roles at Embry-Riddle include strategic leadership positions that significantly expanded dual enrollment programs and improved enrollment operations. James has also contributed to academic settings as an adjunct professor at both Embry-Riddle and Bethune-Cookman University, designing dynamic curricula and enhancing student learning outcomes. With a strong foundation in business and technology, James holds a Doctorate and a Master's in Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Pre-Medical Studies.
