Michael Speciale

Michael Speciale is an experienced professional in licensing, content partnerships, and fan engagement, currently serving as the Manager of Licensing at BetMGM since November 2022. Prior to this role, Michael was a Partner in the Digital Content & Talent Management Division at Heart Department, where responsibilities included managing fan engagement strategies and developing a new Talent Management division, growing a diverse client base that included bands, creators, and non-profits. Additional roles include Content & Talent Partnerships at Koji and Head of East Coast Licensing at Framepool, where Michael focused on monetizing digital media and enhancing engagement for sports and entertainment properties. Michael's career began with freelance consulting in marketing and public relations, leading to positions at Edelman and Allied Advertising. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Santa Clara University.
