Khoi Nguyen

Khoi Nguyen is a seasoned professional in manufacturing operations with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Betrimex Vietnam since February 2023, Khoi oversees two manufacturing plants specializing in coconut products and manages a workforce of over 500 employees, with full Capex responsibilities. Prior roles at Nestle include Project Manager at Tri An factory and Engineering Manager at Bong Sen Factory, where Khoi led teams of 54 and 73 supervisors and technicians, respectively. Khoi's career also included a position as Project Manager at Nestle Thai. Khoi holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Chemistry from Hanoi Polytechnic University, earned between 1992 and 1997.
