Jeffrey La Cruz has over 24 years of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as Business IT Operations Manager at Ricoh Europe since September 2006, with previous roles as Country Service Delivery Manager and Local Support Team Lead. Prior to Ricoh, Jeffrey worked as an IT Specialist at DiTP from June 2006 to March 2016 and as a System Engineer at Santander Consumer Finance Benelux B.V. from April 1999 to September 2006.
