Rachel Brocker has worked in the food and beverage industry since 1996. Rachel began their career at Frito Lay, where they worked as a Channel Custom Marketing and Senior Eng and Program Mgr from 1996 to 2004. Rachel then moved to PepsiCo, where they worked as a New Business Propositions from 2004 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Mandola Vineyards & Estate Wines as a Viticulture, Enology and Marketing for Mandola Vineyards. In 2015, they joined Better Bites Bakery as CMO & CCO, and also joined the Private Sector as a Life Coach. That same year, they also joined Food & Beverage Solutions as an Independent Consultant specializing in marketing, commercialization, and operations. Finally, they became COO & Partner at Better Bites in 2015.
Rachel Brocker has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from Southern Methodist University, which they earned between 2000 and 2001. Rachel also has a Certified degree in Viticulture & Enology from Grayson, which they earned between 2005 and 2009.
