Teresa Nichols

Teresa Nichols has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in administration, finance, and group fitness instruction. Currently serving as the Administrator at Victory Fellowship Church in Council Bluffs since July 1999, Teresa oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting while also managing office operations and collaborating with ministry leaders. Teresa contributes as Treasurer and a Board Director at Heartland Christian School, managing all financial aspects of the institution. Additionally, Teresa has a notable history in fitness, instructing group classes at Better Bodies, Genesis Health Clubs, and previously owning Sweat Cycle Strength. Earlier career roles included serving as a Realtor at DEEB Realty and as a Legal Assistant, with early educational credentials in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from Bellevue University. Noteworthy accomplishments include creating a Children's Ministry Policy Manual and an Emergency Management Plan, as well as serving on the Missions Board for Father's House International.
