Shainoor Khoja

Shainoor Khoja is the Founder and CEO of Better Business Enterprise. Shainoor has dedicated their career to global development, working with organizations like Canada World Youth, the Global Partnership for Education, and the International Development Research Centre. In 2018, they were instrumental in inducting the UAE as the first "Arab Country Partner" to the Global Partnership for Education, with a contribution of $100M USD. In their current role, they are focused on building Better Business Enterprise as a leading voice in the social impact space.

Shainoor Khoja has an executive program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business called "Be A Leader Who Matters". Shainoor also has a postgraduate certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from Harvard Business School Executive Education. In addition, they have a postgraduate certificate in Cross Sector Partnership from the University of Cambridge. Shainoor has an MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from City, University of London. Lastly, they have a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from St. Thomas' Hospital.
