Camilla Wissing Bille

Camilla Wissing Bille serves as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Better Collective, a role held since April 2009, where responsibilities include organizational development, human resources, internal communications, and management development. Prior experience includes working as a Student Assistant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Denmark from 2007 to 2009 and at Georg Jensen from 2006 to 2007, focusing on international wholesale. Camilla has pursued extensive executive education at prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management, and holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, complemented by further studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
