Elina Jokinen

Elina Jokinen serves as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture within the Insurance business at OP Financial Group since September 2021, leading strategic initiatives in a cooperative-owned financial services organization. Previously, Elina held the position of HR Director for KONE Corporation in the Finland and Baltics region from January 2017 to September 2021, overseeing HR business support and people management. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Innofactor Plc, HR Manager focused on talent acquisition at VTT, and various HR positions at Nokia spanning over a decade. Elina holds a Master's degree in Social Science with a major in Political Science from the University of Helsinki.
