Seth McNaughton

Seth McNaughton started their work experience in 2013 as a Security Adviser at DEFENDER Direct, where they installed ADT security systems and achieved a high installation rate. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Foreman at Vivint Solar, overseeing the installation of PV systems on residential homes. During this time, they prioritized safety and effectively communicated with customers and team members. In 2016, they joined Infinity Energy INC as a Foreman and later became the Texas Regional Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing growth and operational processes in the Texas market. Seth also trained installers and focused on creating a positive company culture. Currently, Seth is serving as the VP of Field Operations at Better Earth, where they focus on improving operational efficiency.

Seth McNaughton attended Fresno City College from 2010 to 2013, studying Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they briefly attended Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2009. Seth also obtained a High School Diploma from Kingsburg High School in 2006. In addition to their formal education, Seth has obtained various certifications, including becoming a Powerwall 2 Certified Installer from Tesla Solar in 2019, Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross in 2018, and Sonnen certification from Sonnen, Inc. in 2017, among others.
