Magnus Sonne

Magnus Sonne started their work experience as a Football Player for F.C. København from January 2005 to December 2016. Magnus then worked as a Doping Control Officer for Clearidium from August 2011 to August 2013.

Later on, Sonne joined Verisure, where they worked as an HR Training & Analytics Specialist from January 2017 to June 2021. During this time, they redesigned the pre- and onboarding process, implemented and maintained an employee engagement program, and developed and facilitated a leadership development program. From July 2021 to June 2022, they served as an HR Project Manager at Verisure, focusing on implementing internal communications channels, HRIS, and learning management systems.

Currently, Sonne is working at Better Energy as a Learning & Development Specialist since June 2022. In this role, they are responsible for designing and implementing a leadership development program, creating and executing an onboarding strategy, and developing pulse checks. Magnus will also take on the role of Director of Learning & Development starting from January 2023.

Magnus Sonne's education history is as follows:

In 1996, Magnus completed 9th grade at Lykkebo Skole.

From 2006 to 2010, Magnus attended Falkonergårdens Gymnasium, where they obtained a Gymnasieeksamen degree, focusing on English, psychology, and social sciences.

From 2013 to 2016, Magnus studied at Roskilde University, earning an International Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business.

In 2016, Magnus pursued further education at Copenhagen Business School, where they completed a Cand.merc.(psyk.) degree.

During the same year, Magnus also studied Business Management and Administration at Universidad CEU San Pablo.

Additionally, Magnus has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including "Compassionate Leadership," "Creating a Culture of Learning," "Data-Driven Learning Design," "Your L&D Organization as a Competitive Advantage," "Foundations of Project Management," "Inspiring and Motivating Individuals," and "Why Executives Fail: Common Mistakes & Warning Signs." These certifications were obtained primarily in 2023, with a few exceptions. In 2017, Magnus also acquired a certification in Digital Marketing from Google. Magnus also holds a C2 English certification from the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, obtained in 2016.
